Maintaining a Septic System

Be careful not to flush the following:

Hair, coffee grounds, feminine hygiene products, dental floss, disposable diapers, kitty litter, cigarette butts, grease, oil, or paper towels.

Take extra precaution to never flush chemicals that could contaminate surface and groundwater such as paints, varnishes, thinners, or pesticides.
